Carole’s Kitchen Featured on the Southern Hang Podcast

On February 16, 2026, Carole’s Kitchen was featured on the Southern Hang Podcast, a Kentucky-based show hosted by four lifelong friends and University of Louisville alumni.

During the episode, we shared the story behind Carole’s Kitchen — how the organization was founded in 2009 in loving memory of Carole Watson Crawford and her daughter, Meghan — and how their legacy lives on through our mission to fight youth hunger in Louisville.

We also discussed the power of family, community support, and details about our upcoming Full Table Music Fest fundraiser.

We’re grateful to the Southern Hang team for helping us share our story and raise awareness about youth hunger in our community.
